6 months old

Before I miss her 6 month post like I missed her 5 months, I thought I'd hit down some info while I'm at work. Zoe turned 6 months old on the 21st of August. She is such a fun, cute, scrunchy and soft baby! Specs: 18 lbs 10 oz 27 in tall 17 in head Which places her at the 92-94% for height and weight and 25% for head circumference. So, she's got petite head and feet :-) She's still not doing much. She will roll over from back to front preferentially but has only rolled from back to front a couple times. She's not very interested in eating her baby food (at least not from me). She is captivated with watching us eat it drink however. She loves to blow bubbles, babble, laugh, and squeal. She loves her bouncy chair and I'm very thankful because that usually buys me at least 10 minutes to eat food myself. She prefers to be held and lets us know. She's not really into entertaining herself yet. She likes her big brother and daddy. She does already have some stranger anxiety. Sleep? Not really. I'm still excited for the day that she sleeps through the night regularly. She still wakes up every 3-4 hours minimally at night. And yes, I do realize that I can break her of that habit but since I work all day I relish those quiet, cuddle moments I get with her at night. When everyone gets adjuste to our recent move (which will be another post) then we'll work on sleep. Until then I'll have to remember in my sleep deprived daytime fog that it's my choice :-) Happy half birthday baby girl!
