But, we did get some pictures that Spencer sent from his mission. He spent about 5 months in his first area which was in a pretty big city. He's doing really well and really loved his first area and enjoyed a lot of success. Now he has been transferred to a more rural area and has a native speaking companion. Probably has its own challenges, but he's still enjoying himself. All these pictures are from his first area:

So, I don't have any new pictures to add or anything really exciting to put on this, hence the month-long hiatus without an update. I did have my birthday though a while ago. Can't say that my birthday itself was very happy (or any good at all) because I was on call all day long and REALLY busy at work. I think I had one potty break and sat down to eat food for 20 minutes over a 12 hour period (pretty impressive for a pregnant bladder). James had planned a surprise party for me later that night and I almost didn't make it even to that. But, he salvaged my birthday by being a thoughtful man!!!!! He had invited my brother, sisters, and parents to a restaurant for dessert at 9pm that night, and almost everyone made it. It was definitely a surprise for me and turned my crappy day into a happy birthday after all. Thank you James!!!!!
Lately, we've just been enjoying the sun as much as we can. We go on bike rides, play tennis, go rollerblading along the river trail, and have even made it golfing. James played really well and even made it onto the green with a 235 yard drive. I can't say I played very well at all, but I guess you could say that I had plenty of practice that day :o)
Well, I've finally made it to my third trimester and people aren't being discreet about asking if I'm pregnant anymore. I should probably tell them that I'm not, that I just like to eat, and see their reactions :o) But, that might be mean. Things are going really well so far. We've started painting the baby's room and that's kind of fun. I'm trying to paint it with a large stripe down the wall, so hopefully it'll turn out okay. I'll post pics when I'm done.
Happy April :o)
